Forest Glen Real Estate

Like most of the surrounding northwest Chicago neighborhoods, Forest Glen real estate is dominated by brick two- and three-story homes, English Tudors, Georgian-style houses, and even some row homes. One unique aspect about many Forest Glen homes is that the majority of the neighborhood side streets run directly into the forest preserves, giving residents added seclusion not typically seen in Chicago. As in almost any neighborhood, housing styles certainly vary in Forest Glen, and so does the price range for homes in this market. The average sales price for a single-family home in Forest Glen is just over $407,000. Large four- and five-bedroom homes can have a list price all the way up to $800,000.
