Relating Real Estate to an Image-Based Web Concept

Pinterest, a social photo-sharing platform, has certainly exploded onto the internet scene over the past several months, with users from all over the world “pinning” up pictures of their favorite places, products, events, and so-on. Many retail businesses now even have the little Pinterest logo next to the Facebook and Twitter logos on their marketing materials and e-mails they send out to customers, so there’s no denying it’s here to stay.

If you have an account, then you already know how Pinterest continues to draw people in by strategically organizing each pinned image within user-created pin boards, ultimately forming an attractive collage of great looking photos for fr

iends, colleagues, and other Pinterest users to see. As you pin up more and more photos, logic tells me that each person viewing your profile will spend more and more time on your personal Pinterest page in the same way they'll spend more time on a real estate website with lots of property photos, right?

There’s no doubt that most of us are much more attracted to images themselves over the words associated with those images. And since the real estate industry is one of those businesses based solely on appearance, then why not bring this exact same image-based concept into how real estate agents market property listings, neighborhoods, buildings, etc? I mean who would rather read about a downtown Chicago condo over seeing it first-hand?

Well, Real Estate Web Creation, LLC is following this exact same principle and now creating phenomenal micro-sites that are designed to be image-heavy and resemble other websites like Pinterest and Twitter Stories. As a recent article in states, image-based real estate websites are the new wave, so why not get a head start on this fun new marketing trend?

As for me, I’m already one step ahead and just launched a new version of As for the design, I think you’ll recognize where the inspiration came from.
