My Journey Building a Chicago Real Estate Website
Starting my Chicago real estate website has been one of the best business decisions I’ve made in my career. After spending the past 36 months writing content, blogging, and mastering search engine optimization and countless other web marketing techniques, my real estate website is now producing between 40,000 and 60,000 visitors per month and generating more sales leads than I can even handle.
But what many of my friends, colleagues, and business associates don’t realize is that my website success didn’t happen overnight--and it certainly wasn’t cheap! It may sound funny, but for the past 3 years, my website was my life. Hundreds of hours and more money than I could have ever expected have been poured into building SeeChicagoRealEstate.com. But after having the best year in real estate in 2012, there’s no doubt I wouldn’t change a thing.
