Live Near Chicago's New West Loop Google Location
With the recent announcement of Google moving to the West Loop, more development news for the surrounding Fulton Market area now seems to break on an almost daily basis. Earlier in the month Crain’s Chicago Business reported that four boutique-style hotels may be coming to the Fulton-Market-Randolph area and you can bet an array of retail shops, restaurants, and cafés will soon follow should everything go according to plan. But where does more residential real estate along Fulton Street fit into the mix? Currently, there are just a few very desirable condo buildings with standing inventory anywhere near Chicago's new Google location—which include the lofts at 312 N. May and 1044 W. Fulton—but as development progresses and Google finally makes the transition from River North over to the West Loop, you can bet the demand for more housing not only around Fulton Market but the entire West Loop will soar.
So while we keep reading about Google’s 200,000 square foot lease in 1KFulton and a sudden influx of boutique hotels coming to the area, it’s only a matter of time before the next big residential condo or rental development near Chicago’s new Google location is announced. But in the meantime, however, check out some of the available condos for sale near the new Chicago Google location below:
