...But Esquire Theatre Structure Here to Stay

A unique and very desirable plan has been released for the once prominent Esquire Theatre located at 58 East Oak Street in Chicago’s Gold Coast—FINALLY! And no, these plans don’t coincide with previous proposals of a residential tower, boutique hotel, combining commercial real estate options with an upscale hotel establishment, or even the most recent approval of total demolishment. Is the rear of each home as equally impressive as the front entrance and how do the homeowner’s utilize each backyard to get the most out of what can sometimes be a small confined area? Well some of these questions can be answered at next weekend’s 53rd Dearborn Garden Walk, which will be held on Sunday, July 17th. The event will begin at The Latin Lower
