In many of the higher-end buildings however, entry level one bedroom units start at around $1,850 per month and can go over to $5,000 and beyond, depending on the features and amenities. Perhaps the most notable statistic on Gold Coast real estate however, is that the sale price vs. the list price is almost always above 90%- A very impressive number given the current and recent state of the market.
