About Saved Searches
Saved searches allow you to get daily new listing alerts by email for any new properties that come on the market and matchyour saved search criteria. This gives you a great advantage over other buyers that may also be interested in the same property. A saved search also helps us better understand your new home requirements.
Here you can:
- Add, change or delete the property updates sent to you via email.
- View or delete favorite and saved properties from your watch list.
- Update your account information - it is important that your profile is accurate and complete so that you never miss out on great deals or that special home.
- Communicate directly with us via your personal messaging system.
You may set up a saved search yourself, by clicking the "Save Search" checkbox before you execute a search. We may also set up a saved search for you, based on criteria we discussed with you in advance.
You may have multiple saved searches. When you save a search, you should give it a unique name that describes that search. You may go to your Control Panel at any time to review and modify your saved searches and the criteria for each one.
You may cancel a saved search at any time by simply unsubscribing from that particular search, using the link in the email alert for that specific search. If you have multiple saved searches, be sure that you are unsubscribing from the correct one.
